The Draco II: Donald Marshall, Droning, Chipheads & Cloning Centres

The Q & A

Donald Marshall represents the source for spreading word of the Vril to the world, along with the existence of and activities within underground cloning centres. It would appear he was permitted to put information out there until he wasn’t, at least in part on the basis that no one would believe him. Certainly, for my part, it wasn’t his testimony regarding cloning centres that particularly rang alarm bells, but rather the origins of the Vril. He’d been led to believe they were prehistoric reptiles, indigenous to Earth, which just didn’t sound right. When there’s one (at least) reason to doubt a “fantastic” tale, it’s liable to unravel the legitimate parts (after reading much of his account years back, I mentally put it to one side, under “needs more validation”). Which is surely exactly the response they wanted.

It’s curious too that we have Vril identified in freemason Edward Bulwer-Lytton’s The Coming Race, also lurking underground, but entirely at variance in terms of attributes. The Vril-ya represent a master race, and there was purportedly also a Vril Society adhering to such principles; Vril itself is an energy form there that can be used for destruction or healing. Coincidence or intentional irony?

The cloning side, and the operations of the cloning centres, appears to be pretty much as Marshall described, likely because this was his first-hand experience. These can be found in more detail in the forums preserving his posts and a dedicated website. I plan to cover some of the cloning principles in a Science Q & A at a later date. The consciousness chip/ chipheads relates to the soulless consciousness of the individual being recorded on a chip which is then inserted into a “host” body. Marshall relates that this tech is fundamentally defective (“they come back a mockery of their former selves… kinda like Vril lizards do but technological not a cellular biological parasitic transfer”).

With regard to attendees, Donald cast his net wide in terms of calling out public figures, some of whom may be identified as White Hats. And, on his terms, from his perspective, his disdain for them is fair comment. That said, he also knew very well the potential consequences of speaking out/ failing to follow the script, as he talked about (the few) individuals who had. There’s the additional point to be made that, as his being fed disinformation illustrates, appearances to do not necessarily tell the whole story; without resorting to subterfuge, the entire White Hat operation would have been a non-starter.

For the background to the Q & A, see the index page.

Q. What level of accuracy does Donald Marshall’s account/ recollections have?

95 percent of his account is accurate.

The Vril being terrestrial was incorrect (Marshall was misdirected on this).

Q. Is Donald Marshall still alive?

No.

Q. Was Donald Marshall droned?

Yes.

Q. When was Donald Marshall killed/ droned?

2020.

Q. Are the White Hats now posting messages as Donald Marshall?

Yes.

Q. Was there any basis of truth in Donald Marshall being told he was a messiah figure? Was he an advanced soul?

No and no.

He agreed to his role as penance.

Q. Was the forum poster who told Donald Marshall “Somehow part of yourself is consenting or submitting” to attendance at the cloning centres correct?

Yes.

Q. Are Chupacabras a type of Vril?

Yes.

Q. How many negative ET species were on Earth (underground)?

One.

This arises from Donald’s experience with a selection of alleged ETs. It seems he was being manipulated expressly to spread this disinformation (his encounters, Vril aside, appear to have taken place after he began going public with his experiences).

Q. Are the 4.5 feet tall fleas described by Donald Marshall (Veknar) ETs?

No.

They are not ETs. Nor do they come from beyond the Ice Wall. They are genetically experimented on fleas.

Q. Are the rodentia giganticus (Nephilim) encountered by Donald Marshall ETs?

No.

They are from beyond the Ice Wall. Nephilim is not their actual name.

These are the creatures Donald Marshall described as resembling the urRu in the movie The Dark Crystal (but with added nasty teeth).

Q. Do the Biblical Nephilim exist?

Yes.

However, they have never been on Earth.

Q. Are eight-foot-tall reptilian birds (Kemet and Amon Ra) described by Donald Marshall ETs?

No.

Like the fleas, they represent a genetic experiment.

Q. Were the Elohim who met Donald Marshall Anunnaki?

Yes.

Notably, they told Marshall they weren’t Anunnaki.

Q. Were the Tall Whites Marshall met ETs?

No.

The Tall Whites are benevolent. Marshall did not meet them.

Q. Are the Isopods described by Donald Marshall ETs?

No.

They are a genetic experiment.

Q. Are the scarab beetles described by Donald Marshall ETs?

No.

They are a genetic experiment.

Q. Do the Draco have vestigial feathers?

Yes.

Q. Are various celebrities and public figures remade individuals from the past, dug up and cloned from a baby?

Yes.

Marshall cited various individuals as, for example, coming from Ancient Egypt. Those individuals named may or may not have been “remade”, since again, this doesn’t represent first-hand knowledge on his part. They include: Nicolas Cage, Kurt Cobain, James Gandolfini, Mike Tyson, Oprah Winfrey, the Kardashians, Leonardo DiCaprio, Selena Gomez, possibly Barack Obama.

Q. Is cloning centre attendee Vladimir Putin a White Hat but also not a good person?

Yes.

Putin is a White Hat, but he is not nice guy. Marshall commented that, of everyone attending the cloning centres, he was the worst bar Queen Elizabeth II.

Q. Did David Icke attend the cloning centres?

Yes.

Q. Was David Icke only saying publicly what he was allowed to say?

Yes.

This goes back to an earlier answer confirming that Icke was consciously giving information he knew was false for strategic reasons. Icke is, however, identified as a White Hat.

Q. Did Donald Trump attend the cloning centres?

Yes.

Q. Did Donald Trump (in a clone body) shoot Donald Marshall (in a clone body) in the stomach?

Yes.

Again, Trump would have had to attend the centres, and he would also have been required to conform to a certain level of behaviour (just so it’s clear, I’m not mounting a defence here – I’m sure he doesn’t need me to do that – simply observing that, if you’re seeking to gain the upper hand against your opponents, then strategically, there would have been no other option).

Q. Did Princess Diana attend the cloning centres for 10 years?

Yes.

Q. Was Donald Marshall’s assessment that she attended the cloning centres willingly correct?

No.

Q. Did Mark Chapman kill John Lennon because Lennon was abusing Chapman?

No.

John Lennon was shot, but he did not die. It appears Marshall’s account that Lennon (and Yoko Ono) were abusing Chapman was otherwise correct, though. Well, apart from Chapman being the “Arab guy” who shot him (unless there are two different individuals, the victim and the patsy. At a guess, Marshall was confusing Chapman with the guy who didn’t assassinate RFK, Sirhan Sirhan).

John Lennon is no longer alive.

Q. Was Donald Marshall’s view that the Queen was held hostage, despite her evil acts, accurate?

No.

She was not a hostage. Marshall had it that she was afraid of Vril. The most bizarre account he gives of the ex-Elizabeth is that she killed/ body-snatched Elton John (consciousness chipped him so she could also live as a man). This appears to be true.

Q. Was Michael Jackson droned?

Yes.

Did Michael Jackson then body-snatch another person (via a consciousness chip)?

Yes.

Q. Did Margaret Thatcher move on to a new body when she died (via a consciousness chip?)

No.

Q. Did Walt Disney continue as a “chiphead”?

Yes.

Q. Did Aleister Crowley continue as a chiphead?

No.

Q. Did Adolf Hitler continue as a cloned chiphead?

No.

Q. Was Hitler a White Hat in relation to his opposition to Black Hats, rather than in terms of being a good person?

Yes.

I include this one for completeness’ sake.

Q. Did Stalin continue as a chiphead?

Yes.

Q. Did Chairman Mao continue as a chiphead?

Yes.

Q. Was Donald Marshall’s assessment that Hillary Clinton was scared but not evil accurate?

Hillary Clinton was not scared.

Q. Is a clone capable of functioning without either a soul/consciousness inhabiting it or being programmed?

No.

The above isn’t specifically arising from anything Marshall said, but for background.

Q. Do clone babies have souls?

Yes.

Clone babies have souls, but clones of adults do not.

The above isn’t specifically arising from anything Marshall said, but for background. Marshall did not that the DUMBs were full of children, many of them clones.

Q. Is the Groundhog Day/Project Pegasus real, as Donald Marshall says?

Yes.

Project Pegasus is “Quantum hopping… They will use the Hadron collider to collide protons… which will BLAP the day back to the last time they collided protons, JUST like the movie Groundhog Day with Bill Murray”.

Q. Is it the case that there’s a danger of creating a black hole(s) if the Project Pegasus reset is done more than 9 times?

No.

There is no limit to number of times the reset can be performed.

Q. Was Project Camelot an actual plan?

Yes.

This was a plan by the Black Hats to create a messiah figure.
